I received a sample from Moms Meet to use to create this cheesy chicken pasta bake in part of the Flavor Your Life campaign. I only support brands that I love. Thank you for supporting me and this blog. Read my disclaimer page for more information.
Pasta is a big component when it comes to dinner time in our home. Eating healthy when having a toddler is very important but can sometimes feel like an endless battle. Being able to cook food that myself, husband and toddler can all eat is essential.
When A was 2 years old he would literally only live off of Chicken nuggets. Now that the toddler era is almost over (he will be 5: the last year of toddlerhood) he’s getting into eat normal food routine.
Anything Italian is what our family has always been drawn too. Even when heading out to a dinner at a restaurant the first choice is always Italian food.
Aiming for eating healthy every time
Being able to eat the healthy way is what you want to accomplish. We always try and use some type of extra virgin olive oil. Extra Virgin Olive Oil has always been referred to as liquid gold in part of making your meals taste great, always tested before use and free of acidity.
Zucchi is a great olive oil to use for your food or even lifestyle recipes. It’s lightweight, balances natural flavors and aromas to keep your dish tasting great and effortlessly.
Since pasta is big with a lot of kids changing it up is always fun. There’s weeks where you can just cook spaghetti and meatballs. Trying different pasta dishes is fun but also necessary. That way you don’t get tired of eating it all. (Like the chicken nugget phase).
This cheesy chicken bake is super easy and ready in under 45 minutes
