Life can get so busy especially, once the warmer weather hits us here in Boston. I enjoy taking a small amount of time to get myself back and set a reboot; once I start to realize I need to slow down a bit. Let’s face it, things are much different once the years go by. In between having kids, houses, work and so it’s easy for the these to get in the way.  That is why trying these five ways you realize you need to slow down ways especially with “Constant Comment” Tea ; it can help slow you down; when life starts getting hectic.

5 ways you realize you need to slow down with “Constant Comment” Tea

1. Wake up 30 minutes earlier each day:

One thing I don’t do enough. Instead of going back to sleep after bringing A to school each morning; I wake up 30 minutes before having to get him ready each day and focus on self-care or what I didn’t finish the day before.

2. Write down your to-do list weekly:

This is so helpful. It’s easy to get distracted when working from home or even working in an office and thinking about things that need to be done. When you actually write down what is needed to do each day, you won’t get distracted and actually do what is needed.

3. Do yoga 3x per week:

There are so many poses you can choose from just for relaxation. It helps to bring your stress levels down when you overthink things.

4. Go to sleep earlier:

This should be on anyone’s list. Getting more sleep means you wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. Plus I always feel like I’m not being rushed when starting the day.

5. End your day with “Constant Comment” Tea:

Bigelow tea has always by my favorite when wanting to wind down. It’s always been a part of my life growing up. My mom would always need her tea every night before bed but never understood it. Over time, even as an adult, I kept using Bigelow and so glad I have. “Constant Comment” Tea is my favorite one. In between having the right spice but also a fruit type flavor I can just sit back, relax for those few moments I have without thinking about things that I haven’t finished. It’s just the perfect👌 combination of flavor and #CuriouslyDifferent. It’s #ImpossibleToForget.  Plus no one in my house knows about it so I get to enjoy it after purchasing. It’s not your normal tea combo it’s #MyConstantComment.

I don’t drink tea…at least not hot tea but I love the Bigelow company and prefer to buy their products for my family members who like tea. I know that my mom loves their Earl Grey tea.

I’ve been starting to implement a few of these things to help me stay on top of everything. I was starting to feel like making myself a cup of tea was a waste of time, but I’m glad to see that you don’t think so!
